Bobbi Kristina Brown is on life-support and in a medically induced coma at DeKalb Medical Facility in Atlanta, Georgia – the troubled daughter of Whitney Houston’s status has remained unchanged since her tragic January 31 drowning. Bobbi Kristina’s father Bobby Brown has remained at her side throughout the ordeal, but he finally can no longer prolong getting back to work. Brown was forced to fly to Los Angeles for a performance he scheduled months ago and leave his comatose daughter’s side.
Bobby Brown traveled to Los Angeles, California to uphold a contract he signed to perform at Soul Food Festival. After the singer played his set he thanked the fans for their ongoing support during Bobbi Kristina’s tragedy. Bobby stated, “I wanna thank all of y’all for coming out tonight, for supporting me and my family. Rough times are rough times. Hard times are hard times. I don’t know what the hell I’m going through right now, but I’m giving it to God.”
According to People Magazine, as soon as Bobby Brown completed his appearance at Soul Food Festival the singer boarded a plane and rushed back to Atlanta. As CDL has been reporting for weeks, Cissy Houston and Pat Houston have been pressuring Bobby to remove his daughter’s life support and made it very clear that they have given up any hope that she will wake up. Bobby Brown is technically in charge of all of his daughter’s medical decisions – and refuses to let her go, he is confident that she will make a miraculous recovery.
It is no wonder Bobby rushed back to Atlanta – perhaps he feared leaving Pat Houston, who is executor of Bobbi Kristina’s $20 Million estate, in charge while he was away?
