Bobbi Kristina Brown $20 Million Inheritance Influence: Bobby Brown Unhappy People Waiting For Daughter To Die

There have been some recent rumors about Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, taking a turn for the worst. However, representatives for Bobbi Kristina’s aunt and grandmother are denying the reports that Bobbi Kristina Brown would be taken off life support in the near future. Pat Houston and Cissy Houston’s reps told People Magazine that it was simply a “false story.” An inside source seemed to hint that the stress of the situation is taking a toll on Bobby Brown and the rest of the family. Bobby “hates that people are just waiting for his daughter to die.”

The Houstons have been very vocal about the fact that Bobbi Kristina isn’t doing well. After Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in her bathtub in January, many of her family members could be found by her side at the hospital. Now that Bobbi Kristina has been placed in a rehabilitation facility, the rumors say the visits are few and far between. Some of the Houstons are speaking out about the struggle of seeing Bobbi Kristina in such bad shape.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Cissy Houston said “When I go there and look at her, (it’s) very difficult.” Pat and Cissy maintain that Bobbi Kristina has irreversible brain damage. The grim prognosis has apparently caused them to give up hope. While Bobby continues to fight for his daughter, it appears the Houstons are choosing to remove themselves from the situation and watch what unfolds from a distance. Cissy said that Bobbi Kristina is “not gone yet,” but “she’s not progressing at all.”

An expert neurosurgeon named Dr. Mark Liker spoke with Extra TV about what life is like for someone in a condition like Bobbi Kristina. Dr. Liker said “This is not a day-to-day thing. You will not see changes day to day. You may not even see change week to week. It may come more slowly…” Dr. Liker also noted that a patient could stay in a rehab facility like the one Bobbi Kristina is in “essentially forever.” We’ll let you know if there are any updates on Bobbi Kristina’s status or changes in the family’s plans for her future.
