“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Tuesday, August 18, tease that it’s time for Sonny (Freddie Smith) to leave Salem and all the marital drama behind. Sonny will accept Victor’s (John Aniston) job offer and head to Europe. That means Sonny will have to break the news to Paul (Christopher Sean) and Will (Guy Wilson). Paul will be upset at the thought of his former flame leaving town, but we’ll see Will in full-blown panic mode. Despite Will’s tearful plea, Sonny will pack up his belongings and take the next flight out. It looks like it’s just Will and Arianna (Harper and Sydnee Udell) now. Stick with DOOL to see Sonny depart and Will sink into despair.
As Sonny makes his big move, Chad (Billy Flynn) will worry that Abigail (Kate Mansi) could be making a move of her own. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that Chad will question Abigail about her plans to head off with Ben (Robert Scott Wilson). When Ben suggested that Abigail should move to California with him, she insisted that Salem was her home and she thought it was his as well. However, Ben urged Abigail to at least think about getting a fresh start in Santa Monica.
Chad will ask if Abigail really intends to leave all of her family and friends. After Abigail’s chat with Stefano (Joseph Mascolo), she may start to wonder if she’d be better off avoiding the DiMeras by agreeing to Ben’s idea. Of course, Clyde (James Read) is very against this move and whatever he says usually goes. Stay tuned to “Days of Our Lives” to find out if Clyde will force Ben to stay put.
Across town, JJ (Casey Moss) will put himself in danger in an effort to break Paige (True O’Brien) free from Kyle (Michael Cardelle). JJ needs some good dirt on Kyle and he needs it fast. The question is: can he get it without putting Paige in harm’s way? Time will tell, but “Days” rumors hint that this won’t end well. Meanwhile, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) will continue their romantic evening, but things will soon take a dark turn. Later this week, Clyde’s attack will wreak havoc on their night, but the horrific ordeal may actually strengthen their relationship.
