“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Wednesday, August 5, tease that Abigail’s (Kate Mansi) anxiety will get the best of her as she waits for the paternity test results. Abigail’s stress level will go through the roof as she considers the two possible paths that lie ahead. A baby with Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) would fit right into Abigail’s current life, but the status quo may not be good enough anymore. Chad (Billy Flynn) poured out his heart to Abigail and she can feel just how much he loves her.
On the other hand, a child with Chad would be beyond complicated. Abigail’s son or daughter would instantly be tied to the rest of the shady DiMera clan. Plus, Abigail’s reputation is still a bit tarnished by her affair with EJ (James Scott) last year on “Days.” It isn’t going to help Abigail’s standing in Salem if everyone learns she cheated on Ben. In the end, Abigail’s fears don’t really matter. The paternity test will spell out her child’s future right there in black and white. Of course, more trouble is headed Abigail’s way, but it’ll be a while before she realizes just how convoluted this whole mess is.
“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that Clyde’s (James Reed) scheme to help Ben could hit a snag. DOOL viewers know that Clyde is pressing Martin (Kasey Mahaffy) to make sure Chad’s sample isn’t a match. Fortunately for the Westons, it appears everything will eventually come together. Like it or not, Abigail will get the news that her baby is Ben’s. Will Abigail take it as a sign that Ben is the one she should be with? The rumors say Chad is in for some heartbreak. Meanwhile, JJ (Casey Moss) will have a major dilemma on his hands. JJ was rummaging through Kyle’s (Michael Cardelle) apartment when he got a big surprise. Kyle and Paige (True O’Brien) came back sooner than expected and JJ was forced to dive behind a piece of furniture. JJ’s in a jam, but at least he’ll get the inside scoop on Kyle’s intentions with Paige. JJ might even hear some juicy details about Kyle’s business ventures.
