Kris Jenner Sued For $150,000: Strippers and Wild Guests at Kendall Jenner's Birthday Party Destroy Home

Kris Jenner and her production company have been slapped with a $150,000 lawsuit over the 19th birthday party that she threw for her daughter Kendall Jenner. Radar has obtained the documents and the details are shocking.

Kris Jenner hosted Kendall’s 19th birthday party on November 3, 2014 at a private home in Hollywood. The owners of the home are not suing the Kardashian matriarch, and are saying that Kris, and her management company, lied about the nature and size of the party.

In the documents, plaintiff Gabriel Fedida says that the home owner did not want to lease the home out because of the last name “Kardashian.” We can’t blame the home owner. We are sure that the Kardashian’s throw extravagant parties that can ruin a beautiful Hollywood mansion. They, however, decided to charge them a $10,000 rental fee in addition to the $10,000 security deposit.

Kris Jenner’s company, Boulevard Management, accepted the terms and entered into the deal with the homeowner. Fedida says that Boulevard Management is a “sham entity designed to promote fraud and injustice.”

He goes on to claim that Boulevard Management told him the party would be a small, intimate gathering with no more than 15 people, however there were “in excess of 100” people in attendance. Fedida goes on to reveal that there were “wild” guests and strippers in attendance, and that the party had gotten out of hand. The document obtained says that the guests, “severely damaged and destroyed the property.”

Fedida argues that Kris Jenner rented the property to avoid having the Kardashian home destroyed. He alleges, “Kris wanted a venue for Kendall Jenner’s birthday party other than her residence to avoid the Kardashian’s residence from being damaged.”

It gets even worse! Fedida says that the partygoers did total of a whopping $101,450 in damage, and that because of the impact on the property, the homeowner lost a $50,000 contract.

There is not a doubt in our mind that this is true. Pay up Kris Jenner. It’s as simple as that, and next time, use your own house for your parties instead of destroying someone else’s property.
