They have to eat blindfolded and will need to smell and taste to figure out the ingredients then they have to make the same dish. Ian is a picky eater and doesn’t like this idea. Under the cloches is a dish and they have five minutes.

It’s pan seared chicken with rosemary mashed potatoes, baby carrots and turnips. The kids recognize white meat and Sam identifies several ingredients. There’s a sauce too that the kids try to figure out. Amaya eats the whole thing as part of her investigation.

The judges take the dishes away. Now the kids get to take off their blindfolds and Graham says they have one hour to make the dish. The kids go to the pantry and some get chicken but at least one grabs pork instead.

Kaitlyn has chosen chicken and says she tasted something sweet so she got sweet potatoes. Kaitlyn drops her green beans and only has three left to plate with. Gordon counts down the final seconds and it’s hands off.
