“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Monday, May 4, tease that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will struggle to comprehend the stunning news he’s just received. In an effort to keep Ridge from quitting, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) told Ridge that Maya (Karla Mosley) is transgender. Just like Carter, Ridge will undoubtedly have difficulty believing it’s really true. However, Carter will convince him that Maya was indeed born a man and Ridge will have to decide what to do with the revelation.
“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say Ridge will realize that Rick (Jacob Young) is in for the shock of his life. Ridge knows how irate Rick can get at even minor annoyances and he could easily fly off the handle when he learns Maya’s secret. Still, this information may prove valuable for Ridge if he uses it correctly. Ridge has made it clear that he’s not going to bow down to King Rick and Queen Maya. The fact that Maya is transgender could send shockwaves through the company and finally oust Rick as CEO. Now that Ridge knows what’s at stake, he’ll have to do some serious soul-searching and come to a decision about his next move.
Meanwhile, Eric (John McCook) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) will argue over how they should handle Rick. Eric will indicate that he’s been trying to be supportive of both Rick and Ridge, but that obviously hasn’t worked out very well. Brooke and Eric may try to get through to Rick, but it’s probably futile. For Rick, it’s his way or the highway. Fortunately, the rumors indicate that Bill (Don Diamont) will gather some new information that could lead the alliance to the truth. The plot to bring down Rick will become more complicated as Wyatt (Darin Brooks) falls for Nicole (Reign Edwards) and Ridge becomes conflicted about telling Rick what Maya is hiding. However, B&B viewers know that all scandalous secrets must come out eventually on soaps. Stay tuned to “The Bold and the Beautiful” to watch Rick’s jaw drop.
