“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, December 11, tease that Cane (Daniel Goddard) will fear for Lily’s (Christel Khalil) safety. It turns out Cane has a good reason to be worried. In Thursday’s Y&R episode, Lily’s setup goes wrong when Joe (Scott Elrod) catches on. Joe ends up holding Lily hostage at the Abbott cabin and behaving very much like a rapist.
Cane hasn’t heard from Lily since she left with Joe and he’s starting to get anxious. Devon (Bryton James) will want to help track them down. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Cane will realize that the cabin would be the perfect place for Joe and Lily to talk.
Cane and Devon will head off to find them, but will they arrive before Joe does something ruthless? After what happened with Avery (Jessica Collins), it’s clear that Joe doesn’t have much respect for women, to say the least.
Meanwhile, Sage (Kelly Sullivan) will have big news for Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam (Justin Hartley). In Friday’s preview video, Sage flashes a grin and says she did something crazy. We don’t know for sure what Sage is about to spill, but it’s nice to see her out of “mope mode.”
Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) keeps insisting that Sage needs time away from Nick (Joshua Morrow). Of course, it appears Dr. Anderson just wants to destroy their relationship and keep them away from their baby.
Nevertheless, this moment will be the happiest Sage has looked in a while. It’s undoubtedly the calm before the storm for Sage. More trouble will be stirred up soon enough.
Elsewhere, Dylan (Steve Burton) will ask Sharon (Sharon Case) if she’s ready to marry him right now. Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) will beam with excitement when she gets updates on their impromptu nuptials. Sharon has been thrilled to be back at home with Dylan, Faith and Sully.
A magical Christmastime wedding would probably make things even better. Will Dylan and Sharon say “I do” or will something prevent them from tying the knot? Stick with the CBS soap to see if they’ll become husband and wife.
