“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, December 10, tease that Sage (Kelly Sullivan) will struggle to be at home with Nick (Joshua Morrow). It seems everything reminds Sage of Christian. When Nick mentions the fact that he packed up the nursery, Sage will flip out.
Sage will believe Nick is trying to act like Christian never existed. Nick will reply that he donated most of Christian’s stuff, but he kept a few items. Nick will be sorry that he upset Sage, but she’ll admit they don’t need any of Christian’s things now.
At Crimson Lights, Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) will find Sharon (Sharon Case) and ask how she’s doing. Sharon will confess that she’s afraid she might lose Sully. She’s just so happy that doubt is starting to creep in.
Sharon will ask if that’s abnormal and wonder if Dr. Anderson thinks she should go back to Fairview. Dr. A will tell Sharon she just wanted to check on her, but she’s doing fine.
Sharon will talk about how wonderful life is. Everything fills Sharon with happiness. Even watching Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) scamper over to Nick’s place brings Sharon great pleasure. Dr. Anderson will be shocked that Sharon lives so close to Nick. Dr. A will ask if Nick stops by to see Sully often. Sharon will reply that Nick’s still just trying to cope.
Later, Dr. Anderson will look at a news story about Nick on her laptop. There’s a picture of Nick in his younger days. Dr. Anderson will have a concerned look on her face as she slams her laptop shut. On her way out, Dr. Anderson will pick up a phone that’s on a table.
In the park, Dr. Anderson will find Sage and ask what’s wrong. Sage will give Dr. Anderson updates on her fight with Nick over the donated baby items. Dr. Anderson will hint that Sage needs to stop being so hard on herself. Sage will say she should just go home to Nick, but Dr. A won’t agree. Dr. Anderson will insist that they both need time to grieve alone.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Dylan (Steve Burton) will spend some time with Faith and Sully at home. Paul (Doug Davidson) will stop by to see his grandson and Dylan will ask for a favor. It’s about Sharon’s Christmas present. Paul will agree to help and he’ll rush off. Nick will show up and ask if Faith can stay with him tonight. Dylan will suggest that tomorrow would be better.
Sharon will wonder why Dylan is acting so weird about letting Faith leave. Dylan will stall until there’s a knock at the door. They’ll open it and Santa Claus will walk in with gifts for Faith, Sully and Sharon. Sharon will open a box that contains bride and groom statues.
Santa will ask if anyone is in the mood for a wedding. It looks like Dylan is ready to marry Sharon right away. Y&R viewers will have to stay tuned to see if it actually happens.
At the athletic club, Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily (Christel Khalil) will stage a big argument for Joe (Scott Elrod). Devon (Bryton James) will get upset afterwards, but Cane will explain the situation. When Cane brings up the proof they found against Joe, Devon will apologize for doubting Cane’s innocence. Devon will want to help them bring Joe down.
After Joe hears the quarrel, he’ll try to comfort Lily. Joe will offer to take Lily to get a Christmas tree for the kids. On the way, the car will break down. There won’t be any cell phone service, but the Abbott cabin won’t be far.
Once they arrive at the cabin, Joe will get flirty and indicate that he wants to make love. Lily will check her phone and insist that she’d rather talk.
Joe will realize that something strange is going on and he’ll confront Lily about what she’s trying to pull. Lily will attempt to run away, but Joe will put his hand on the door to stop her.
Joe will declare that Lily isn’t going anywhere. Lily is clearly in a tight spot. Joe can be a menace when he wants to be. Will Cane and Devon help Lily out of her jam? Stick with the CBS soap to see if they’ll show up in time.
This brings up the argument that Joe was in fact the rapist who traumatized Avery (Jessica Collins) before she lost it and left town. There was no clear closure on the rapist case back then, just some vague references to someone being picked up who wore clothing similar to that of Avery’s real rapist. The issue of what Cane found in Joe’s safe still lingers in many fans’ minds – and this latest sexual transgression by Joe certainly brings up the real possibility that JOE IS A RAPIST!
