Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) will find themselves in extreme peril. Rafe woke up with a bomb attached to him, but Hope will soon be on the way. She’ll try her best to save Rafe from the painful death Andre (Thaao Penghlis) planned for him.
Unfortunately, Hope will put herself in grave danger as well. Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Hope and Rafe will get stuck under the rubble after the bomb detonates. Shawn (Brandon Beemer) will arrive and start digging around the property. He’ll fear that his mom and Rafe may have been killed in the explosion.
After some frantic searching, Shawn will realize that they’re still alive. However, they’ll be in desperate need of medical attention. DOOL spoilers say Rafe and Hope will be trapped for quite some time. The minutes should seem like hours. For us, it will literally be days! They’ll need several episodes to cram in all of the action.
Rafe will experience vivid dreams as he drifts in and out of consciousness. His nightmares will make him question what the future holds. Luckily, someone will manage to pull Rafe and Hope out of the debris. They’ll be rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment.
It appears Rafe will pull through OK, but the situation will be much more serious for Hope. Days spoilers suggest that Hope will be in critical condition following the collapse of the building. Salem’s doctors will do all they can to make sure Hope survives, but her prognosis will be grim.
Shawn, Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) and Rafe will be worried sick as they wait for news on Hope’s status. It’s not clear just how bad things will get for our heroine, but we know that Kristian Alfonso is still taping. Hope will undoubtedly manage to recover.
In fact, there’s much more drama to come for Hope over the next few months. There’s been talk of a possible trial this fall. Alfonso was spotted on set wearing denim and very little makeup or jewelry. It’s led to speculation that Hope could finally pay the price for what she did to Stefano (Joseph Mascolo).
Since Andre won’t succeed in killing Hope, he could easily form a plan to put her behind bars. Of course, there’s a chance that Hope will land in prison for another offense. It might even be one that Hope didn’t commit.
After all, Andre was wrongfully accused of murdering his own father. Perhaps Andre will try to give Hope a taste of her own medicine by pinning someone else’s crime on her. Regardless, it sounds like some great storylines are in the works.
We’ll see a jaw-dropping cliffhanger before Days of Our Lives takes a brief hiatus for the Olympics this August. Once Days is back, you can expect even more chills and thrills. We’ll give you updates on what’s in store.
