Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, December 29, tease that Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will have a difficult conversation with Chad (Billy Flynn). She’ll be delighted when she hears that Abigail (Marci Miller) told Chad the truth, but she’ll also know they’re facing an uphill battle. Jennifer will urge Chad to have some compassion. Abby wasn’t well and she never meant to hurt him.
Chad will still feel a deep sense of betrayal. Of course, Abigail isn’t the only one he’s angry with right now. Jennifer, JJ (Casey Moss), Laura (Jaime Lyn Bauer) and Dario (Jordi Vilasuso) all knew that Abigail was alive. Chad can’t believe that they kept him out of the loop for so long. As Abigail’s husband, he deserved to find out the second she was back in town.
Andre (Thaao Penghlis) may end up getting the worst of Chad’s wrath. Without Andre’s help, Abigail never would’ve been able to fake her death. DOOL fans can expect a heated confrontation between Chad and his brother on Friday, but he’ll try to control his rage around Abigail. Chad knows there was no malicious intent, but it’ll be hard for him to get past this.
Elsewhere, Days spoilers say Kate (Lauren Koslow) will get a distressing phone call. The details aren’t clear, but this might be connected to Adrienne (Judi Evans). Kate has been supporting Adrienne through her breast cancer treatment. Then again, it could be tied to business woes. Kate has a lot on her plate these days.
Regardless, Adrienne will continue to have loved ones in her corner. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) and Justin (Wally Kurth) will be surprised when they run into each other at the hospital. They’ll manage to keep their interaction civil, but it’s obvious that their rivalry is still in play.
Adrienne seemingly chose Lucas, but she may rethink that decision down the road. She’s been sharing some sweet moments with Justin lately. Days spoilers reveal that Justin and Lucas will do whatever they can to brighten Adrienne’s day. They’ll hope to distract her from the tough ordeal she’s facing.
Meanwhile, Kate will also find a good distraction. She’ll speak with Eduardo (A Martinez) and they’ll make plans for a cozy New Year’s Eve. Eduardo will suggest they should cap off the year with a romantic evening together.
