New General Hospital (GH) spoilers from a brand new ABC promo video show that the Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) wedding goes off on Friday and it’s perfect. The promo promises it will happen “without a hitch.” We’ll see about that…
As we previewed recently, Jason and Sam will say their “I do’s” on the patio at Casa Corinthos. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is on hand as Stone Cold’s best man and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) plays hostess for the modest, though traditional, event.
Sam is in a traditional white gown in a Grecian style which is a nice nod from the costume department at GH to her Cassadine roots. Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) officiates the wedding and he looks adorable in a blue vest and natty bow tie which is totally a Jackal look.
As for Jason, if you expected the former hit man to show up to his wedding in a suit, think again. Of course, he’s in black head to toe but looks totally gorgeous as usual. No need to squeeze all those muscles into a tux!
Sam had asked Alexis Davis (Nancy Grahn) to stand up with her at the wedding – especially since her dad Julian Jerome (William deVry) can’t give her away since he’s behind bars. However, the wedding pics don’t show Alexis there. But we did get a look at Sam’s sisters.
Molly Lansing (Haley Pullos) and Kristina Corinthos (Lexi Ainsworth) are there looking lovely with Molly in a blush pink dress and Kristina in a striking black and white number – she’s never one to pull the shy routine with a pale outfit.
The General Hospital spoilers video also shows that Jason gave Sam a modest ring – no insane bling for the motorcycle and leather loving bride! Sam tells Jason, “I want to remember every moment of this.” That’s sweet.
Jason tells Sam, “I want to spend the rest of my life with you.” Aww… They’ve got the rings on their fingers and a baby cooking Sam’s oven. It’s the happily ever after they deserve after their hard road to getting back together.
But it’s not all sweetness and romance. Jason gets frisky as Mr and Mrs Morgan cut their wedding cake and swipes a little frosting on her nose making everyone at the wedding laugh. It truly looks like a sweet ceremony.
Some things we wonder are… is baby Avery on hand and how adorable will she look? Will Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) and Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) bring dates to the event? Is new gal Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) on hand?
Will Jake and Danny be there? What about the rest of the Qs? Looks like we have to wait until Friday, September 2 when the big event kicks off, but be sure to check out the gallery of pics below for a sneak peek at all the romantic JaSam wedding action.
