New General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the Tuesday, September 13 episode reveal that the hospital is facing shutdown, Paul targets Monica again, Kiki hurts Morgan’s feelings and Darby swoops in to stir things up, while Liz sends Sabrina on an errand that could turn dangerous.
At GH, Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) is excited for her first day back at work but then Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) shows up to tell her about a dire development. Tracy tells Sabrina that the hospital could be shut down as soon as tomorrow because of the killer.
Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) makes it through surgery and is back in her room recovering. While she sleeps, Franco (Roger Howarth) whispers to her that she has a secret sister but he’s still unsure whether to tell her about Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig).
On the subject of Hayden, she spent the night in Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) room and when she wakes, things are getting awkward. She jokingly asks if he’d rather talk about their feelings for one another. Not likely. Hayden cleans up and heads to GH to see Liz.
Franco leaves and Sabrina stops by to visit Liz who asks her to do something for her. Sabrina leaves on a mission, but will this put Sabrina in harm’s way. Hayden shows up to talk to Liz and things go badly. Liz flips out when she sees Hayden in her hospital room because she’s scared.
Liz still thinks Hayden is the one who shoved her down the stairs and isn’t aware that evidence has turned up that exonerated her secret sister. Hayden is furious in return and lays into Liz because of her bad attitude after Hayden donated her life’s blood to literally save Liz’s life.
Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) is stunned when she meets Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) at Perks and finds him rambling about college and other thoughts. Kiki sees signs of a bipolar spiral and Morgan is hurt and says Kiki doesn’t believe in him. Things don’t look good.
Darby Collette (Jesica Ahlberg) is back and she turns up sniffing around Morgan. Darby is sympathetic and offers help to Morgan. Will he fall back into Darby’s honey trap because Kiki isn’t supporting him as Morgan goes off the rails?
Franco meets up with Kiki to ask her advice about the sister secret that he’s keeping. Kiki also seeks his advice about the behavior she’s seeing from Morgan. General Hospital spoilers tease that Franco will spill the secret in coming days during a dramatic confrontation.
Also, over at the PCPD, Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) consult with Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) on the GH killer case. Nathan wonders what they’re missing and what the victims have in common.
They sift the evidence and try to sort things out while the GH killer himself, Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi), is contemplating his next victim. Paul is on a sketchy sounding phone call and tells someone that the last person on his list “just walked in.”
Paul is after Dr Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) and will try to take her out but things go awry and someone else will die at his hands instead. Could it be Sabrina? Or another GH staffer? Things look dark for Sabrina based on other recent GH spoilers.
