Jacqueline Laurita has baby news to share. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s daughter Ashlee Holmes is pregnant. Ashlee and her fiancé Peter Malleo are expecting their first baby sometime this fall.
Both Ashlee and Jacqueline made the announcement via Instagram. Pete and Ashlee were at the Little Kernel launch party on Friday, March 18 and that’s where the couple let the world know Ashlee is pregnant. “Had so much fun @thelittlekernel launch party tonight!! @c3peteo and I are so happy to announce that we’re sprouting a little kernel of our own *coming this fall*!!!”
Almost immediately Jacqueline shared the news with The Real Housewives of New Jersey fans on her Instagram account. Jacqueline posted the same photo with the caption, “Yes, that’s right! I’m going to be a #Glamma! @ashleenicholexx @c3peteo #SOExcited.”
It appears that Jacqueline and Ashlee have mended their broken relationship. Mother and daughter were barely civil to each other during several seasons of RHONJ. Ashlee moved out of the Laurita’s mansion and went to live with her biological father at one point.
The new season of RHONJ is currently filming and there has already been in one fight with new friend-of-the-housewives Robyn Levy. Jacqueline was reportedly attacked by Robyn will at one of Teresa Giudice’s book signings.
The argument started when Robyn tried to pick a fight with Jacqueline Laurita who laughed right in Robyn’s face which upset Robyn even more and she threatened to physically harm Jacqueline. That was that, because now Robyn Levy and her wife Christina Flores aren’t going on The Real Housewives of New Jersey seventh season cast trip.
Sounds like the prospect of being a Glamma has mellowed Jacqueline. In days past Jacqueline wouldn’t have hesitated to scream back at a cast member. Even bestie Teresa Giudice wasn’t immune to Jacqueline’s yelling, screaming and sharp tongue.
Jacqueline had a pretty bad temper even way back during season one when Teresa was flipping tables and calling Danielle Staub a prostitution whore.
Is it possible that RHONJ fans will get to see Ashlee Holmes on screen during her pregnancy? Ashlee and Pete haven’t been engaged long, so we might get to Pete Malleo’s proposal to Ashlee.
If Jacqueline Laurita’s first grandbaby is due in the fall of 2016, then fans will need to wait until the eighth season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey to meet the little bundle of Jersey joy. Congrats to Ashlee Holmes and Pete Malleo!
