The battle between Kate Middleton and Camilla Parker-Bowles over a Royal bride for Prince Harry has become even more interesting. There’s always been speculation that Kate Middleton wants Prince Harry to ask for Chelsy Davy’s hand in marriage. All of a sudden Camilla Parker-Bowles appears to be meddling in Prince Harry’s love life too.
Is Camilla encouraging Prince Harry to pursue Prince William’s ex-girlfriend Isabella Calthorpe?
Isabella Calthorpe is currently married to Sam Branson though there could be trouble in paradise. If Sam and Isabella are having marital problems Harry would certainly be an attractive shoulder on which to cry.
Marrying a divorcee is no longer taboo in the Royal Family, just look at Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles – no hurdle to overcome there if Isabella’s marriage falls apart and she were to wed Harry.
Prince Charles absolutely adored Isabella when Prince William dated the blonde beauty. If Isabella Calthorpe were to divorce Sam Branson and marry Prince Harry then Prince Charles would have the daughter-in-law he wanted in the first place.
Just in case you missed it, William dumped Kate Middleton sometime in 2007. That’s when the newly single prince met Isabella and was completely smitten with her. However, Isabella wasn’t willing to play the Royal game of being controlled by Buckingham Palace.
A broken-hearted Prince William found his way back to Kate Middleton and the rest is history.
Of course Camilla Parker-Bowles would encourage Harry to pursue the beautiful Isabella! Being a divorcee herself, wouldn’t she just love to have scandalous stepdaughter-in-law? Just the thought of Isabella as her sister-in-law absolutely terrifies the Duchess of Cambridge. So much so Kate Middleton would rather Prince Harry marry her brother James!
Life as the wife of the fifth-in-line to the Royal throne wouldn’t be so bad, would it? Sophie Wessex married Prince Edward when he was in the same position. Countess Sophie’s life has been lived outside the Royal spotlight and Buckingham Palace doesn’t seem to care what she does as long as Countess Sophie doesn’t create any further scandals and is in the headlines only when she’s done something good.
Is Camilla Parker-Bowles desperate enough to crush the Duchess of Cambridge by encouraging Prince Harry to pursue a married woman? A woman whom Prince William loved with all his heart? As beautiful as Isabella Calthorpe is, does Harry really want his brother’s former love as his wife?
