Princess Beatrice has been hired by a fashion investment company in New York City. Is Kate Middleton predicting Bea’s jet-setting lifestyle will force the company to fire the princess within months? What company would take on Bea in any capacity? It’s well known that Beatrice of York has a fondness for taking holidays. In a 15-month period, the eldest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson enjoyed a reported 18 holidays around the globe.
Apparently, Princess Beatrice has finished up a finance course at a college in San Francisco. This fashion industry investment company in NYC must have been very anxious to snap up the recent grad as its newest employee. Let’s see how happy Bea’s bosses are when expensive vacations start calling, “Bea, come, let’s cruise around the Caribbean on so-and-so’s yacht!”
The Duchess of Cambridge must be laughing at Princess Beatrice’s latest effort to hold down a job. Duchess Kate can barely reign in the contempt she feels toward both Princess Bea and younger sister Princess Eugenie!
What will Princess Kate have to say about cousin-in-law Beatrice’s attempt at being a businesswoman? So far, all Princess Bea has been successful at is as a professional vacationer.
But Beatrice may get the opportunity to laugh when Kate Middleton takes up as guest editor for a day at the Huffington Post UK sometime in February. Unnamed Palace insiders have hinted that the editing for a day position to bring awareness to mental health issues may become, at some point, permanent employment for the Duchess of Cambridge.
Employing a Royal more than likely isn’t about whether or not the princess or the duchess or the countess or whatever actually shows up for work. Isn’t it really about the prestige of having a member of the Royal family on the payroll?
This newest job – can we really call it a job – of Princess Beatrice’s should be interesting to follow! Let’s keep count of how many holidays Beatrice’s takes while in this New York City’s fashion industry company’s employ! Wonder if Kate Middleton be keeping track of Princess Bea’s vacations!
