Tonight on ABC the glitz and the glamour returns to the ballroom as Dancing With The Stars returns for a 23rd season. “Little Women” star Terra Jolé & her professional dancer Sasha Farber took the stage tonight and danced a Jive to “Stuff Like That There” by Betty Hutton. The premiere episode kicked off with the largest scale opening number ever, shot with the pros at Griffith Observatory. Each couple performed a Jive, Foxtrot, Cha Cha or Viennese Waltz, vying for America’s vote for the first time. No couples will be eliminated tonight, and they will all advance to week 2 of the competition.
Terra is very excited about dancing and tweeted a message to her twitter fans to encourage them to vote for her and Sasha, she tweeted, “Hard to believe only 3 days til #dwt! @dancingabc #teamxl @SashaFarber makes the impossible, possible! Shafe!”
Judges comments on Terra Jolé’s DWTS Premiere Jive: Carrie Ann: “I did not see a little person, I saw a huge star. Every kick and flick in right place.” Len: “Just had a baby you delivered twice in a month. Small in stature but big in heart! Well done!” Julianne: “You are a firecracker you are born to entertain!”
