The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and highlights for the week of December 19 tease that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will give Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) an extra special gift as Christmas approaches. He’s thrilled to have Brooke in his life once again. Ridge proposed back when he was trying to steal Brooke from Bill (Don Diamont), but he’ll soon repeat his offer of marriage.
B&B spoilers say Ridge will ask Brooke to become his wife so they can begin their future together. He’ll insist that his previous proposal wasn’t just a stunt to win her over. Ridge truly feels like he needs Brooke by his side. Brooke will agree to become Mrs. Forrester and they’ll start planning the wedding.
However, they could face some delays as they gear up for the ceremony. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers state that Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) presence at Forrester Creations will cause some issues. Ridge won’t like the fact that he has to work under this enemy. He’ll also hover as Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) settles in as CEO.
Steffy can probably expect less than constructive criticism from Ridge, Rick (Jacob Young) and anyone else who believes she’s not ready. As the conflict heats up, Ridge may not pay much attention to his fiancée. That could create some big problems.
Meanwhile, Bill will mope before planning his next move. He vowed to fight for Brooke and we’ll see him follow through on that promise. There’s no guarantee that Bill’s strategy will work, but the threat is definitely there. Brooke can be fickle and she already had a hard time letting Bill go.
Nevertheless, Ridge and Brooke will get a few moments of happiness during the holidays. B&B has to build them up before they tear them down. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke and Ridge will be on cloud nine. Eric (John McCook), on the other hand, will be feeling a little blue this Christmas.
Eric’s loved ones won’t be in the mood to celebrate collectively this year. They’ll all turn down Eric’s holiday invitation in favor of quiet evenings at home. Quinn will try to spread some cheer, but Eric will still be a bit disappointed.
Of course, The Bold and the Beautiful won’t really skip the gathering. It seems a mixture of guilt and the Christmas spirit will eventually convince everyone to come. Eric will certainly feel the magic before the holidays wrap up.
