The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for the week of January 2-6 tease that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will believe his plan is going to pay off. He thinks Quinn (Rena Sofer) will be putty in his hands before long. However, this scheme comes with some major risks.
Liam (Scott Clifton) is completely on board with anything that will get rid of Quinn and the grip she has on her husband. He feels like Eric (John McCook) has basically become Quinn’s puppet at this point. Liam knows that Eric, Quinn and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) won’t stop trying to keep him out of Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) life.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will urge Ridge to hurry up. He’ll suggest that Ridge should hasten his seduction efforts so he can take down Quinn sooner. Liam can’t stand by and watch Steffy slip away. Still, he’ll be anxious about the potential consequences for Ridge.
B&B’s weekly promo shows Liam offering a warning. He’ll point out that if Quinn gets caught, Ridge will get caught as well. Ridge might intend on taking Quinn to the brink of temptation before he drops the bomb. Perhaps he thinks he can expose Quinn’s willingness to cheat without going too far.
Regardless, Ridge isn’t too worried about the fallout. He’ll tell Liam that he’s willing to put everything on the line for this plot. If Ridge goes down, at least he’ll take Quinn down with him.
Meanwhile, Quinn will open up to Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) about the mess she’s in. She’ll admit she’s attracted to Ridge, but she doesn’t want anything to happen between them. Ivy will mention what she overheard by the steam room. She’ll insist that Ridge shouldn’t be trusted.
The Bold and the Beautiful preview video shows Ivy saying, “You’re playing with fire where Ridge Forrester is concerned.” Oddly enough, it looks like Ridge could be the one to get burned. He should know better than to go up against Quinn.
There’s a good chance Ridge will make a wrong move. He may inadvertently tip his hand and put Quinn in the prime position for vengeance. You can bet that whatever Quinn cooks up will be far worse than Ridge’s child’s play. She may find a way to emerge victorious.
