“The Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) will make an effort to help Billy (Burgess Jenkins) recover from his beating and accident. After Hilary (Mishael Morgan) was injured during her fall, Dr. Neville’s treatment made a huge difference in her recovery. It seems this eccentric doc really does know what he’s doing.
Dr. Neville will believe he has a groundbreaking procedure that could improve Billy’s condition. Unfortunately, it looks like Dr. Neville will face some opposition. Dr. Neville may not be allowed to work his magic, but Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will be touched by his offer to help her brother.
Ashley and Dr. Neville are already starting to form a friendship. Seeing Dr. Neville’s compassionate side will draw Ashley even closer. Is a romance in the works? They appear to be headed down that route.
Many Y&R fans see real potential here. It’s about time Ashley had a love interest. It’s especially nice that Ashley wouldn’t have to share this one with her daughter.
They could always revisit Ashley’s love triangle with Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Stitch (Sean Carrigan) later on, but Ashley is focused on getting better for now. Ashley and Dr. Neville will undoubtedly continue to bond as they try to find a cure.
Love could bloom in the process. “The Young and the Restless” viewers will be anxious to see where their research will lead.
Meanwhile, Jill (Jess Walton) will go on the warpath. Victor (Eric Braeden), Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and anyone else who dares to speak ill of Billy will feel Jill’s wrath. Jill will remain on Billy’s side, but she’ll have difficulty finding people to join her.
Even some of the Abbott clan will basically think Billy had it coming. It sounds like Billy will have to make due with whatever support he can muster. Stay tuned to “The Young and the Restless” for updates on Billy’s recovery.
