The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of December 19-23 tease that we’ll see some shocking moments on the CBS soap. For starters, Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) will have a meltdown over her family’s constant strife. All of the fighting is taking a toll.
Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) will get into a huge argument after Faith’s play. She’ll lash out at them for ruining everything. It sounds like Nick and Sharon need to put their issues aside for Faith’s sake. Dylan (Steve Burton) needs to work out his problems with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), too.
Meanwhile, the Brash and Sassy crisis will heat up. The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Jill (Jess Walton) will be determined to win this battle. She’ll instruct Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Billy (Jason Thompson) and Cane (Daniel Goddard) to form a new strategy. Jill will hope that they can beat Jack (Peter Bergman) at his own game.
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will urge Jack to realize that his behavior is hurting others as well as himself. She won’t approve of Jack’s cold attitude these days. Elsewhere, the tension will ease between Devon (Bryton James) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan). They’ll agree that they should learn from their mistakes and look to the future.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Gloria (Judith Chapman) will return to Genoa City. It’s been nearly two years since Gloria made an appearance on Y&R, but she’s sure to stir up some trouble now. Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will be stunned when Victoria shows up out of the blue.
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will find ways to move on from Jack this week. She’ll decide to officially resign from her job at Jabot. That should free up some time to help Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) at Fenmore’s. Lauren will try to convince herself that everything is going to be fine, but she’s growing more concerned every day.
Y&R spoilers hint that things will have to get worse before they get better. Fenmore’s should survive the calamity, but Jack still presents a threat. He wants to scoop up Fenmore’s, but maybe Phyllis can help Lauren halt that plan.
Billy will face additional drama thanks to his brother, but he’ll do his best to have a great Christmas anyway. There’s no point in letting Jack steal his joy. Billy will prepare for some holiday fun with his kids, but something unexpected will happen a little later.
