The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 30, tease that Summer (Hunter King) will feel a little blue about the whole ordeal with Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva). She’ll tell Jack (Peter Bergman) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) that she’s sorry for fighting her instincts. Jack will point out that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) still isn’t answering her phone.
Elsewhere, Billy (Jason Thompson) will question Phyllis about Jill’s (Jess Walton) blackmail. Phyllis will confirm the details and Billy will promise to correct the problem. When Phyllis fears the consequences, Billy will contend that they should just let Jill do the damage. He’ll suggest that they can be together if Jill blows everything up.
Billy will wonder if he’s the man Phyllis wants to be with. Before Phyllis can answer, she’ll spot a message from Jack. Phyllis will scamper off to handle the emergency. At Summer’s place, Phyllis will console her daughter. Summer will hope to have a successful and loving relationship someday. She’ll hint that she wants one like Phyllis and Jack’s.
Meanwhile, Colin (Tristan Rogers) will try to sweet talk Jill into giving him information. He’ll even provide some treats as he pesters her. Jill won’t fully cooperate, but she’ll be willing to answer one question. Colin will ask about the dirt Jill has on Billy, but she’ll maintain that there isn’t any.
After Jill exits, Billy will arrive and start grumbling. Colin will imply that Billy needs to play nice. He’ll think he could be useful to Billy. Jill will return and wonder what’s up. Billy will say Colin is just digging around as usual. He’ll leave to make sure the children are OK.
Colin will suspect that Jill is holding out on him. If Jill doesn’t have dirt on Billy, then Colin will figure she must have it on someone else. Back at Summer’s apartment, Phyllis will get a call from Billy. She’ll fib that it’s a guy from the legal team. Once Jack walks off, Phyllis will tell Billy that she’s busy handling everything with Summer. They’ll have to talk later.
At the penthouse, Y&R spoilers say Dylan (Steve Burton) will take a peek in Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) closet. He’ll quickly find the secret passageway. Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will be baffled when Dylan enters the front door. He’ll explain what he found and they’ll mull over what this means.
Chloe will worry about the peril Chelsea is facing. She’s on the run with a wanted man. Nick (Joshua Morrow) will walk in and get updates on the tunnel discovery. Dylan will suggest that Nick might have helped Adam (Justin Hartley) get away, but he’ll eventually back off the accusations.
Nick will encourage Dylan to just leave Adam in peace. He’ll state that Dylan could be Adam’s last hope for a future with Chelsea and Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois). At the secluded cabin, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam and Chelsea will talk about what’s in store for their family.
Adam will pull Chelsea close as he grows concerned about living their lives in fear. The cops will be searching for them and Adam won’t know if they can do that to their son. Connor will inevitably find out everything online once he’s older. He may resent his parents for choosing this path.
Chelsea will insist that their hearts are in the right place. This is their only option if they want to be together. Adam will assure Chelsea of his love and they’ll hit the bedroom for sex. Later, Chelsea will fall asleep and dream that Dylan has arrived. In her nightmare, Dylan will storm in with other cops and pull Chelsea out of bed.
Chelsea will wake up in a panic. It’s clear that the situation is already taking a toll on Adam and Chelsea. Things are really going to heat up later this week. Stick with the CBS soap for all of the shocking news.
