The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, November 1, tease that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will give Victor (Eric Braeden) updates on what she just learned. She’ll head over to Newman Enterprises to fill Victor in on Patty’s (Stacy Haiduk) claims. Chelsea will point out that there’s a chance Christian is still alive.
Since Christian actually belongs to Adam (Justin Hartley), Chelsea may fear that Nick (Joshua Morrow) will learn the truth. She might think he’ll request a paternity test if Sharon (Sharon Case) and Dylan (Steve Burton) won’t give up Sully. Nick is obviously on a mission for answers and he might dig too deep.
Of course, that’s assuming Victor and Adam were correct about Christian’s paternity. If this is indeed Adam’s child, Victor could always tamper with the results. Regardless, that tidbit may not come out for a while. Victor will likely assure Chelsea that they can keep the secret safe.
Besides, it looks like Sharon may decide to come clean and give up Sully willingly. Tuesday’s Y&R preview video shows Nick standing near the door as Sharon tidies up. When he mentions that he just got a weird phone call from Patty Williams, it’ll stop Sharon dead in her tracks.
Sharon’s eyes will bug out as she slowly turns to face Nick. Her heart will undoubtedly be racing. Sharon will know that this is probably the end of the road. Nick will reveal that Patty said Christian is still alive and is with Sharon. He’ll want to know why Patty would come to that conclusion.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will press Sharon to give him the facts. He’ll insist that this is important and he doesn’t want to hear any lies. Sharon will quickly start to lose her grip. Her reaction will almost be enough to confirm Nick’s suspicions.
As reality hits, Nick will beg Sharon to tell him that Patty is crazy. He won’t want to believe that Sharon could’ve kept something like this from him for so long. Sharon has watched Nick ache for Christian. She’s seen him sink into total darkness, but she never said a word.
Sharon had the power to ease Nick’s pain, but she was too afraid of tearing her own world apart. We can’t really blame Sharon for that, but she’s certainly made things much worse for herself. If Sharon had told Nick the truth right after Sage’s (Kelly Sullivan) death, we’d be dealing with a very different situation.
Unfortunately, Sharon stayed tight-lipped and now she’ll have to pay the price. Dylan will also suffer for Sharon’s mistakes. Lives are going to be changed forever. Nick may forgive Sharon eventually, but he’ll have to get through some serious anger first.
At Patty’s facility, she’ll feel like she’s done a good deed. Sharon may be miserable, but Nick deserved to know the whole story. Patty will just be glad there are no more secrets. She can get back to painting her kitties in peace.
