“The Young and The Restless” (Y&R) spoilers tease that in the week of Monday, June 6 thru Friday, June 10, Billy has enough of Phyllis toying with him, Nick wants Luca gone, Stitch makes a tough decision about Max, and Victor faces another round of ugly accusations.
Phyllis Abbott (Gina Tognoni) is working hard to keep her affair with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) secret and now has Bethany Bryant (Chrishell Stause) playing a role. But it looks like Bethany wants more than just the $10k she was promised.
Even though Phyllis set Billy up with Bethany as a cover story, she’s seething with jealousy when she watches them together at the GCAC. Later in the week, Billy pushes hard on Phyllis to come clean with his brother so they can be together.
Stitch Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) weighs the pros and cons of the surgery Max Rayburn (Jared Breeze) needs and then talks to Max. They decide to go for it and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) says she’s committed to seeing this through and they have a sweet family moment at the hospital.
There’s no sweet family moments among the other Newmans this week as accusations fly. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is convinced that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) set up the oil rig incident. Victoria decides to confront her father who is outraged that she thinks he would do this.
Victoria talks to Adam Newman (Justin Hartley) to get his take on the issue and he agrees this is likely Victor taking revenge on his “disloyal” children. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) thinks Victoria is hiding something and follows her to the bar and finds her with Travis (Michael Roark).
Turns out Travis and Victoria had just made up but Nick doesn’t stop with that confrontation. He digs into Travis’ past and shows Victoria a video of Travis in a fancy business suit. Nick thinks Travis is a spy for Victor but Victoria doesn’t buy it. Clearly, though, there’s more to Travis than meets the eye.
Nick is in a confrontational mood this week and also takes on Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Luca Santori (Miles Villanueva). Nick is furious they’re living together and doesn’t want to hear their mutual love declarations. Too bad Luca won’t go away.
Phyllis is also furious about Luca’s presence in Summer’s life. Phyllis threatens Luca and tells him she doesn’t play by the rules. How long til Luca finds out about her cheating? Later, Phyllis and Nick agree to team up to get Luca out of their daughter’s life.
Hilary Curtis (Mishael Morgan) continues to keep secrets from Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) while focusing intently on Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Devon has to consider how much more he can take from his wife and Jack finally takes notice of Hilary.
Hilary and Ashley Newman (Eileen Davidson) face off over the research and miracle drug. Simon Neville (Michael Knight) is worried they’re moving too fast and thinks there may be complications. Hilary pushes hard on Ashley but Ashley won’t back down.
Adam is forced to work with an enemy to save his skin but can Ian Ward (Ray Wide) be trusted? Adam sees everything crumble and Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) warns Chelsea Newman (Melissa Egan) that things might not go well.
By week’s end, Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) and Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton) find out something big but is it about the Constance case? Dylan begins to suspect Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) as her odd behavior escalates. Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) helps Dylan dig into things.
