A dead American had the IRT taking their plane to Bogota, Columbia on tonight’s all new episode however Drew Dafaoe had officially been declared a suicide.

Dew was believed to have jumped from the roof of his hotel. However, Drew’s girlfriend Paola who was a Columbian native had said Drew wouldn’t have committed suicide and had even filed a complaint with the US Embassy because she had wanted a second investigation. So at first glance, Paola does seem like she was right. Her boyfriend hadn’t suffered any financial or mental problems recently and he had also declared an engagement ring with customs when he flew to Columbia. Meanings he had planned on proposing to Paola. And, therefore, he didn’t sound like someone that would kill himself.

But the IRT had had a problem when they landed. They unfortunately had to deal with Detective Benavides and he didn’t want the US Embassy or the IRT telling him that his investigation had been suspect. So the detective went out of his way to make things difficult for the team and he even had some help with that from the hotel. The hotel had cleared out Drew’s hotel room, cleaned it, and had already rented it out before the team had even landed yet Garrett had thankfully didn’t let that deter his team and had suggested they all split up to cover ground. He and Clara would talk to the girlfriend meanwhile Matt and Mae would check the crime scene.

So Matt and Mae had found a lot of things troubling. They had learned what time the alarm to the roof had gone off and that the victim had supposedly jumped twelve seconds later. Yet, they both thought that wasn’t the same victimology as others that have committed sucide because they all hesitate. The two had told Detective Benavides that everyone takes their time to think about what they’re doing before going through with it though Drew hadn’t and he also hadn’t had anything in his system to make him out of the ordinary. There hadn’t been any drugs in his system and the alcohol had barely registered.

Then, as they were trying to figure out what happened, they caught their next break. A Canadian tourist that had been staying at the same hotel and had used the same ATM bank to draw out thousands of dollars had walked out into traffic for no reason. So Mae had asked the local authorities if they could perform the autopsy for Tim Hulse on the plane and she later found something with their Medical Examiner. The two doctors had found out that their victims had been drugged and that previous hadn’t picked up on it because Scopolamine otherwise known as Devil’s Breath quickly leaves the system after its been consumed.

However, the drug had a way of creating zombies. It apparently turned everyone that had been drugged into submissive zombies that did whatever the person controlling them tells them to do. So both men had been drugged because the Unsub had wanted access to their accounts, but killing them also meant the Unsub had wanted to and not that he or she had to. The drug also wipes out the memory of its victims and the Unsub had no need to worry about one day being caught. And so everyone questioned how the drug gotten into the victim’s system and they eventually found something in Tim’s room that helped.

Tim’s room had been set up for a romantic interlude yet it hadn’t been for his wife. The lipstick that had been on one of the champagne glasses had been a purple glitter shade and there had also been a red strand found in the shower. So that didn’t match the description of the much older brunette missus and instead sounded like it could have come from a working girl so they went to the Wall. “The Wall” was a term for the area where most of the prostitutes could be found and they did find a red head that liked to wear purple lipstick. But then someone started to shoot at them and they had needed to take cover.

So it wasn’t until their latest victim who was also under the influence had run out of bullets that they were able to catch the fleeing prostitute as well as question a living victim. A living victim could be freed from the drug and he could also tell them what was his last memory. Yet, the last thing their victim remembered was putting money in one of the kids’ hate out in the marketplace and that matched with what the prostitute had told them. Canela had said that the two tourist had hired for the night though they hadn’t wanted sex. They had just wanted to feed her and give her the chance to use the shower. And that sounds like someone had been looking out for her.

Almost as if they knew what it felt like to be thrown away. So that had pointed the IRT to the kids in the marketplace. There were all orphans that were trying to make money with singing or taking pictures. Though the kids were always around and not everyone paid attention to them which they meant they were the perfect criminals however Garrett didn’t think they were the masterminds. He felt that the beta had a soft spot for Canela and that the alpha had been the one that was killing all of their victims. And so they had tried to talk to the children and the kids had denied that they were being controlled.

They said that didn’t take orders from anyone and had refused to give up the person that had just been using them. However, the team had followed the orphans with the detective’s help and they had found that they were being controlled. They were being controlled by the hotel manager Rosa Fernandes who was really a former street kid and prostitute herself. So Garrett had been forced to shoot Rosa when she refused to put down her gun and the whole story kept out afterwards. That Rosa had hated the tourist because of her ultra-nationalistic views and that she had killed them because of her hatred.

But Rosa had tried to pretend that she had killed the tourist to protect the kids. She said that others would have found out about Canela and trace it back to them because Canela had once been part of their gang before Rosa threw her away. So the woman had clearly been mad. She found anything that would justify her actions and she had abused those kids yet now that they were free of her and didn’t have to worry about going to jail for what they did – they found a real home. Garrett had apparently known a woman that runs an orphanage in the area and so she had agreed to take on all the kids.

And Detective Benavides had later managed to apologize for his prejudice earlier.

THE END!
