Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, October 5, tease that Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Paul (Christopher Sean) will get some disappointing news. Their plan to exhume Will’s (Chandler Massey) body won’t go as expected. Justin (Wally Kurth) will give them updates on a snag, so they’ll just have to find a way around it.
Will and Sonny weren’t divorced at the time of the murder, but they were legally separated. That means Sonny doesn’t have the authority to order Will’s exhumation. Since Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) hasn’t been in a good frame of mind lately, Sonny would really like to leave him out of this. He won’t want to give Lucas hope just to crush it again.
Nevertheless, Paul and Sonny will believe Lucas is their best shot at making this happen. Days spoilers say they’ll hit Lucas with the stunning info. When Lucas hears about Ben’s (Robert Scott Wilson) claims, his head will be spinning. The double whammy of exhuming Will’s body will be too much to take.
DOOL fans will see some tense moments thanks to Sonny’s request. An outraged Lucas will refuse to disturb Will’s burial site. Days spoilers say Brady will struggle to enjoy his Eric-free life with Nicole and the kids. He’ll end up sneaking a drink to cope with all the guilt. Of course, Brady is wrong about the threat being eliminated. His troubles are only going to get worse when Nicole finds out about Eric’s feelings for her.
