General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Costa (Eddie Davenport) was Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) top trusted sidekick and he’ll be back in Port Charles soon to carry out final orders from his wicked boss. General Hospital spoilers hint that Jake Webber (Hudson West) will be at risk and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) and Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) try to protect Jake from disaster, but others are at risk, too.
Helena ordered Jake to release the Chimera when and where he was ordered to and that’s why Costa delivered the magic set personally. Costa triggered Jake’s programming with the code phrase “little man” and then Jake was supposed to follow orders. Jake fought his programming and Liz and Jason helped him overcome the voice of Helena and hallucination trying to bully him into obeying.
For Jake’s defiance and Jason’s role in it, Jake will soon be at risk. General Hospital buzz is that Helena left final orders with Costa to punish Jake and Jason if her orders weren’t followed and to make others in Port Charles pay. Since Costa worked for Helena for many years, he knows all about the Chimera toxin and where she bought it – from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Valentin must be punished too.
Valentin was shot by the bad guys that tried to steal the device. That third party has still not been revealed and they were likely agents for the DVX since Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) was working for DVX and also trying to get the Chimera. Jason may be too focused on the gunmen at the ball and will never see Costa coming. General Hospital spoilers say Costa will kidnap Jake to punish Jason.
But once Costa learns that Valentin is in Port Charles and helped stop Jake from triggering the Chimera toxin, he’ll decide to punish him too. Valentin will soon sneak out of the hospital before Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) can come arrest him under orders from the WSB. Valentin just wants to get Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) and creep out of town while no one is watching.
Unfortunately, Costa is in town and sees everything. With Jake under his control, Costa can easily snatch Charlotte away so he can simultaneously punish Jason and Valentin for their roles in thwarting Helena’s final revenge plan against Port Charles. Plus, it may be easier to keep the kids under control if they’ve got a playmate with them. Charlotte and Jake will be scared, but at least they’ll be together.
Once Valentin and Jason realize their kids were both taken, they’ll have to work together to get them back. Valentin and Jason already worked together once to take down the bad guys at the Nurses Ball and now they’ll team up again as worried dads fighting to save their kids’ lives. General Hospital buzz is that Costa doesn’t stand a chance with both Jason and Valentin after him.
Helena wants to send one final message of revenge from beyond the grave but it seems that Jason and Valentin will defeat Costa and Helena will never get the vengeance she swore on everyone. Helena’s curse will die with her.
