General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will slowly let go of Julian (William deVry). She’ll do her best to heal and move forward, but Julian will always have a little piece of her heart. Nevertheless, Alexis will decide that it’s time to put herself back in the dating pool.
Of course, Julian is going to be a tough act to follow. He did some terrible things thanks to Liv’s (Tonja Walker) manipulation, but he loves Alexis deeply. Their powerful connection will certainly be difficult to match.
It sounds like Alexis just needs to focus on the flirty fun and worry about the meaningful part later. After everything Alexis has been through, making small talk with someone probably seems pretty appealing. There’ll be no pressure or tricky pasts to overcome. Alexis can just relax and be open to new possibilities.
We know Alexis is going to get back out there, so who could she be paired with? There aren’t a ton of options in Port Charles right now. The show could bring in someone new for Alexis, but that might be pointless since Julian will be back by November sweeps.
Fortunately, there’s at least one man on GH who’s single and ready to mingle. General Hospital spoilers hint that Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) will be in the mood for romance this fall. He asked Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) out, but she politely declined. It’s clear that Curtis (Donnell Turner) is the one Jordan wants.
General Hospital spoilers say Stella (Vernee Watson) will find a distraction soon, so Curtis and Jordan will do whatever they can to make it work. That means we’ll need someone else for Dr. Bensch. This guy obviously wouldn’t be a long-term love interest for Alexis, but he’d be a good way to keep her busy for a while.
It’s possible that Alexis’ dating attempt will fail due to memories of Julian. Then again, this experience could help her find some inner peace. It could show Alexis that she’s going to be OK no matter what. Regardless, Julian’s release from prison will inevitably complicate the situation.
