General Hospital Spoilers: Hillary B Smith Debuts March 6 - Reps Valentin in Bitter Custody Case - Courtroom Shockers

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Hillary B Smith debuts as Nora Buchanan on Monday, March 6. The former One Live to Live character gets off to a rollicking start with a major role in the impending Spencer vs Cassadine custody battle.

This is the first new GH crossover by an OLTL character since the Prospect Park lawsuit was dropped releasing the characters back to ABC. Fans have been eagerly anticipating OLTL and All My Children cameos and characters, and this one will not disappoint.

Nora will represent Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in his custody suit against Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) who has Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) in her corner in court. Unfortunately, alky Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is sidelined on this one.

Alexis is helping Diane prepare the case but since the recovering lush doesn’t have her law license back, there’s not much she can do – her hands are tied. Plus, Lulu isn’t listening. She almost immediately violated the first piece of advice Alexis gave her and terrorized her daughter.

Lulu should have stayed far from the Crimson office where Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) was watching Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) but she couldn’t help herself. Things went badly and Charlotte said she wanted Lulu gone, she hated her, and didn’t want her to be her mother.

That was a major misstep that will cost Lulu. On February 15, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) took a call from Diane then reported back to Lulu that Diane “wanted to give us a heads-up about who Valentin had in his corner. His lawyer’s a bit of a shark. Said she’s never lost a case in family court.”

That powerhouse attorney repping Valentin is none other than Nora Buchanan. Diane is a worthy adversary and General Hospital spoilers hint that this custody case will be brutal with neither side holding anything back. So who will win – Valentin or Lulu?

Valentin is accused of killing Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) but that happened in Greece and there’s no body, so the charges were dropped. Valentin also shot Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindström) but that was in Greece and he claimed extenuating circumstances.

There doesn’t seem to be a crime in Port Charles to tie Valentin to and he has no convictions just a cloudy record. Valentin’s biggest liability in court is Nina Cassadine (Michelle Stafford). She’s a labor-inducing, baby stealing, certified lunatic whom he married when he barely knew her.

Nina thinks she and Valentin are a stable two-family home, but that’s not how Diane will present it. Then again, Diane has her work cut out for her based on some recent General Hospital spoilers. Nina will dredge up Dante’s cheating with Lulu’s cousin Valerie Spencer (Brytni Sarpy).

But at the end of the day when it comes down to biological father versus biological mother, Valentin might have better odds than Lulu. GH spoilers tease that Charlotte will play a role in the custody hearing and she doesn’t like Lulu one bit. Will she change her mind before then?

Valentin is the only parent Charlotte has and she adores her Papa. The same cannot be said of her mother Lulu whom she knows nothing about. It will be exciting to see Diane face off against Nora in court – this will be a bitter, take no prisoners case with a surprising twist verdict.
