General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Lulu Spencer Falconeri (Emme Rylan) is about to face another heated battle for custody of Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) with the young girl’s father, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart); and she could be in for the battle of her life and a losing one it seems.
Now that Valentin has been cleared of any wrong doing when he committed treason and espionage by stealing and selling the Chimera Project to Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) several decades ago.
The authorities have cleared him and since he has nothing else that is sticking against him legally, it is very possible Lulu and her husband, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will have to return her to her father and possibly return to the very limited access they initially had court-ordered.
General Hospital spoilers know that fans are conflicted with another custody battle because Charlotte has really blossomed in the care of her mother and step father, gaining not just a brother with Rocco (O’Neill Monahan) but became good friends with the beloved Emma Scorpio Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer).
Charlotte had a summer of fun at Lila’s camp but she never stopped missing her father and his return has turned her world upside down; but it doesn’t look like her parents are able to compromise and a new battle is about to ensue.
GH’s Valentin had come with a somewhat open mind and is trying to do what is best for Charlotte; its Lulu who doesn’t seem to budge when it comes to the ground rules, and her stubbornness may be her downfall because all the reasons she won temporary full-custody no longer exist.
Valentin is no longer in prison, nor are there any pending charges against him, he is back together with Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford), the wife he adores. Their reunion means Charlotte will be living in a two-parent home; and neither of those parents has a career that could get them killed at any moment!
It seems only fair that Valentin regain full custody since Charlotte was ripped from him and their home without just cause. How do you feel about Lulu losing custody of the daughter she so desperately wanted? Please let us know what you think.
