General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, July 24, tease that Sonny (Maurice Benard) will follow up on that shocking text. Someone just sent him a picture of Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel) in the basement where he’s being held. Naturally, Sonny wants to get to the bottom of this ASAP.
It looks like a location will be texted to Sonny as well. He’ll head off to learn more info, but he won’t see anyone there when he arrives. A frustrated Sonny will ask if this person is afraid to meet him face-to-face. GH’s preview video shows a man with a gun, but it’s possible that Sonny will pull out his weapon as he searches the area.
We also know that Garvey (Rick Ravenello) will pop up soon, so perhaps he’s the one taking aim. Regardless, it seems Sonny will leave without any answers or bullet holes. He’ll remain intact until Sam (Kelly Monaco) takes action later this week. General Hospital spoilers say this is sure to be a can’t-miss confrontation.
In the meantime, Jason (Billy Miller) will rough up Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and tie him to a chair. When Valentin doesn’t crack, Jason will take out his knife. He’ll contend that Valentin is going to tell him where Spencer is one way or the other. Valentin is in a tight spot, but he’ll manage to survive Jason’s harsh tactics.
Elsewhere, Carly (Laura Wright) will push Josslyn (Eden McCoy) to move forward with their plan. She just had a heart-to-heart with her daughter and she’s hoping they can get through all the teen drama together. Carly wants to get to know Oscar (Garren Stitt), but Joss is putting up a fight.
Fortunately, Josslyn will come around on the idea sooner or later. Carly will suggest that Josslyn should call Oscar and invite him over. Josslyn will give her mom an annoyed look, but she’ll probably grant the request. Of course, it appears Oscar will be a little busy. He’ll head down to the station on Monday to give Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) information on Spencer’s kidnapping.
Let’s hope Oscar remembers something that could point the cops in the right direction. Across town, Mac (John J. York) will have a chat with Nathan (Ryan Paevey). He’ll have some news to share, but he’ll swear Nathan to secrecy. Mac will insist that this has to stay between them. He especially won’t want Maxie (Kirsten Storms) to find out.
What’s Mac up to and why can’t Maxie know about it? The last thing Nathan needs is another secret to keep from his wife. Nevertheless, Nathan will likely promise that his lips are sealed.
