General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of July 24-28 tease that some shockers are in store. First, we have to talk about Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) breakdown. Her mental health has been declining steadily, but she’s about to hit rock bottom. After Sonny (Maurice Benard) ropes Jason (Billy Miller) into a dangerous plan, a delusional Sam will decide she’s had enough.
GH viewers can expect an epic confrontation. Sam will threaten Sonny with a gun and it appears she’ll end up pulling the trigger. General Hospital spoilers state that Sam’s actions will end in tragedy, so things don’t look good for Sonny. He’ll undoubtedly be hospitalized when this all of this blows up.
Sonny won’t be the only one in trouble this week. A medical crisis is on the way for Scout, too. Griffin will get worried when Scout starts to exhibit alarming symptoms. Jason (Billy Miller) will be concerned as well. Of course, he’ll also have to fret about Sam soon. Her perilous plot will leave this family in turmoil.
Meanwhile, Dr. Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) scheme will continue. As she digs deeper into Hayden’s (Rebecca Budig) past, Dr. O will gather the ammunition she needs to take her down. Some heartache is looming for Hayden. Her future with Finn (Michael Easton) is fading fast and that’s sure to be a crushing blow for both of them.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Oscar (Garren Stitt) will try to impress Carly (Laura Wright). He knows that Josslyn’s (Eden McCoy) mom thinks he’s a bad influence on her. Oscar will do whatever he can to show that he’s kind and loyal. He’ll hope that Carly will understand how much he cares about Joss.
Elsewhere, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will make her long-awaited return. This news should thrill Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and “Naxie” fans. It’ll be great to see Maxie and Nathan together again. Unfortunately, GH spoilers hint that some problems could emerge right off the bat.
Nathan will leave Maxie out of the loop on his Ask Man Landers ruse. He’ll hide what he cooked up with Amy (Risa Dorken), which probably isn’t the best idea. It won’t be long until Maxie finds out anyway and that could spark major conflict.
Finally, Julian (William deVry) will face a tough blow. He’ll end the week on an extremely devastated note. It sounds like some serious excitement is ahead on GH.
