General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) will start to feel more hopeful about the future. She’ll make plenty of progress with Michael (Chad Duell) over the next couple weeks. It looks like Michael will eventually suggest that they should make peace. He won’t be ready for a reunion yet, but he’ll definitely want to drop all the drama.
Monica (Leslie Charleson) will check Nelle out at GH and offer updates on her baby. Since General Hospital trying to throw Nelle a pity party, perhaps this will turn into a high-risk pregnancy. That would give Michael another reason to feel sorry for her.
We all know what happened the last time Nelle had a health crisis. Michael told her to leave town, but he changed his tune after he found her wounded and near death on the pier. He was begging Nelle to stay days later. If Nelle’s pregnancy gets rough, Michael will likely go soft once again. He’s already leaning in that direction after Nelle’s recent collapse.
General Hospital spoilers say Michael will turn to his parents for support. He may ask them to put aside their issues with Nelle for the baby’s sake. Sonny (Maurice Benard) might be willing to do that, but Carly? No way! She’ll only rev up her efforts to stop Michael from falling into Nelle’s latest trap.
You can bet that we’ll continue to see fierce outbursts from Carly in the coming months. She’ll make it clear that she sees Nelle’s game and she’s not going to let her play it. General Hospital spoilers tease it’s easy to imagine a faceoff that results in a dire situation for Nelle. For example, a staircase tumble is a classic soap move.
If Nelle has a miscarriage or at least a close call, Michael will be furious with his mother. He may blame Carly if Nelle and the baby’s lives are in jeopardy. This could be the final push Michael needs to build a real future with Nelle – that is, of course, if she survives!
What will Carly do then? Will she accept defeat or order Sonny to get rid of Nelle once and for all? Is there any outcome that could possibly turn out well for Carly?
