General Hospital star Scarlett Fernandez is celebrating a huge milestone this week. The young actress plays Charlotte Cassadine on the hit daytime show. Scarlett shared a collage of photos to celebrate her one-year anniversary on the set of General Hospital along with a sweet message to both Frank Valentini and the cast and crew of the soap.
The young actress joined the cast of General Hospital back in October 2016. The 8-year-old soap star tweeted, “@valentinifrank and @GeneralHospital I can’t thank you enough for making me Charlotte. What an amazing year! #1yearatgh #scarlettischarlotte.”
Earlier this summer, reports indicated that Scarlett was stuck in a real hospital during General Hospital’s hiatus. The blonde cutie suffered from both a double ear infection and pneumonia during a family vacation. Luckily, the doctors at a nearby urgent care facility took care of her and she was back to being healthy and better in no time.
Scarlett got her start in the entertainment industry as a newborn. In addition to General Hospital, Scarlett also played roles in Jane the Virgin, Broken and Studio City. She also has one movie in the pipeline called Silver Lake. In addition to her acting work, she’s also stared in a number of national commercials for Ross stores. Seeing how beautiful and talented this little girl is, there’s no doubt that we’ll be hearing more from her in the future.
