General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, September 7, tease that Sonny (Maurice Benard) will try to accept the things he can’t change. He’ll hope that Carly (Laura Wright) can accept their circumstances as well. Sonny wanted to get out of the business and create a better future for his family. Unfortunately, Jason’s (Billy Miller) ordeal is making him doubt his ability to pull it off.
Sonny will have a tense conversation with Carly on Thursday. He’ll confess that mob life is never going to let him go. It looks like Carly will officially surrender. General Hospital spoilers hint that they’ll just have to tackle each crisis as it comes. Carly and Sonny will vow to stand by each other in the face of adversity – and adversity is on the way!
Meanwhile, Jake (Hudson West) will sit with Franco (Roger Howarth) at GH. When Liz (Rebecca Herbst) appears, Jake will wonder if his dad’s OK. He’ll suspect that something’s seriously wrong, but Liz’s protective nature will take over. She’ll suggest that Jason is in good hands and will eventually get through this.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Ava (Maura West) will carry on with her meltdown. After Ava planted a kiss on Griffin (Matt Cohen), he apologized for leading her on. Ava will think she’s a fool for believing she actually had a shot. She’ll feel like she put herself on the line for a ridiculous dream.
Of course, Ava’s dream isn’t all that ridiculous. She’s right about what Griffin is feeling, but it seems he isn’t ready to admit it. Instead, a remorseful Griffin will watch Ava stomp off to sulk. General Hospital spoilers indicate that Ava will make an impulsive decision after this outburst. Will Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) get a call soon?
Elsewhere, Michael (Chad Duell) will be glad to see Nelle (Chloe Lanier) made it home. He hated to leave her with all the drama going on in Morocco, but he needed to be with his concerned family. Michael will be interested in hearing how the issue was resolved. He’ll ask Nelle if they found the missing necklace that sparked all the trouble.
Bobbie will be sitting nearby during Nelle and Michael’s chat. She’ll leap to her feet and ask what Michael’s talking about. Bobbie is obviously prepared to pounce on anything that might incriminate Nelle. She wants a reason to unload the murder accusation, but Nelle won’t give her one. Since Valentin found the necklace, Nelle’s off the hook for now.
Across town, Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) will be drawn to each other. Can they get their relationship back on track without Stella (Vernee Watson) throwing a hissy fit?
