General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of July 31 through August 4 tease that several characters will face frightening moments. For starters, Jason (Billy Miller) will continue to fret about Scout and Sam (Kelly Monaco). As Sam’s condition deteriorates, Jason will worry about their family’s future. He’ll wonder if Sam will ever truly recover from this horrible ordeal.
Sam won’t have a great grip on reality and that’ll make it difficult to retrace her steps. Nevertheless, Jason will try to put this puzzle together. The story of what she did to Sonny (Maurice Benard) will slowly unravel.
Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) will scold Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) for the police department’s incompetence. She’ll be furious over how they’ve handled the investigation into Sonny’s disappearance. However, Carly will just be lashing out over her fear. She won’t know how she’s supposed to go on without Sonny.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sonny will linger between life and death this week, but he’ll ultimately decide that living is his only option. There’s no way Sonny can leave his loved ones behind. Elsewhere, Ava (Maura West) struggle to get her act together. Julian (William deVry) will do his best to make sure Ava feels his support. He’ll have some surprises in store to boost his sister’s mood.
Later, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) could be Ava’s knight in shining armor. He’ll have a proposal that gives Ava hope, but it could come at a steep price. Valentin will eventually tangle with an intruder at Wyndemere. General Hospital spoilers hint that their faceoff will be intense, but Valentin may manage to gain the upper hand.
Nina (Michelle Stafford) will also deal with questions about her relationship with Valentin. They’re in a weird place right now, but she obviously still loves him. Nina will be forced to defend herself in a stressful conversation.
Perhaps Nathan (Ryan Paevey) will be the one giving Nina a hard time. He warned that he couldn’t keep going in circles anymore, but he just won’t be able to butt out. Nathan cares about Nina and wants to protect her.
Oscar (Garren Stitt) will be feeling protective as well. He’ll stand by Josslyn (Eden McCoy) as she frets about Sonny. Across town, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) will receive a present of some sort. Since Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) and Carly are out to get her, Nelle may want to be careful! GH fans will be anxious to see whether this gift is harmless or shady.
