Robert Pattinson is open to doing another ‘Twilight’ movie, meaning he wants to work with his showmance ‘girlfriend’ Kristen Stewart again. In fact, the Hollywood actor said that he would love to reprise his role of Edward Cullen in the hit romantic ‘Twilight’ fantasy series. RPatz and KStew forever!
In a new interview with Yahoo Movies, Robert said that he’s open to the idea of bringing ‘Twilight’ back to the big screen. Rob explained, “I’m always kind of curious. Anything where there’s a mass audience… I always like the idea of subverting people’s expectations.”
Rob added that playing Edward Cullen again would be a lot of fun, but difficult. That’s because there’s no new source material to make another film, but that he would still be curious to see what direction the series could go in. If that weren’t enough, Rob’s ex Kristen Stewart also said that she would be open to filming another ‘Twilight’ movie. After all, only the ‘Twilight’ franchise was what made her the household name that she is today.
Of course, ‘Twilight’ fans would love to see Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart reunited on the big screen. But then again, it could also potentially create some problems for their personal life. After all, Robert Pattinson has been in a relationship with FKA Twigs for several years now. Even though they are engaged, they are yet to set a wedding date together. Kristen Stewart, meanwhile, has jumped from one relationship to another.
She’s now dating model Stella Maxwell, although no one knows how long their romance will last. A lot of fans believe that Kristen tends to put her needs ahead of anyone else’s and that’s why her romances have mostly been short-lived.
Still, Robert and Kristen back together would drive fans wild. And it would surely make a lot of headlines, too. While no one thinks that RPatz and KStew would be willing to reignite their showmance, one thing is for certain: they would be spending a lot of time together again, both on and off screen.
And with Kristen back in Rob’s life again, that means FKA Twigs would have to keep a close eye on her man at all times. As many fans know, anything can happen. So far producers have not made any comments about a possible ‘Twilight’ reboot on the big screen. What’s more, Kristen Stewart hasn’t said anything about Rob’s ‘Twilight’ comments, either.
