The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Nicole (Reign Edwards) will head back to Los Angeles for a visit soon. She’ll pop up during the week of October 9-13 and there’s undoubtedly a good reason why. In fact, several goals may be accomplished by this brief trip.
If B&B wanted us to forget all about Nicole, they could’ve just left her off screen with Zende (Rome Flynn). By setting up a return so quickly, perhaps they’re keeping a story opportunity alive. If Nicole hints that she’s not loving life in Paris, that could be a big clue about her eventual move back to LA.
The Bold and the Beautiful could slowly break down Nicole and Zende’s marriage. They might use Zende’s hectic work schedule and Nicole’s fertility woes to tear them apart. B&B seemed poised for a possible cheating storyline before Rome Flynn left. Will they continue in that direction now that Flynn is out?
Instead of including Maya (Karla Mosley), they could always do a version of this plot with a woman we’ll never meet. If Zende hooks up with some Parisian model, you can bet that Nicole will hop on the first plane home. She could be looking for a new man before long.
Of course, this could also be a great setup for a Zende recast. When someone new steps into a role, sometimes it’s best to have a fight going on. That way B&B viewers can watch a couple come back together. It’s a common soap strategy that helps us root for a newbie.
We can’t forget there was a casting call for a black male in Zende’s age range. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that this is Nicole’s new love interest. Whether he turns out to be Zende or a brand-new character, it appears the show has plans for Nicole’s future.
Once Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) latest plot plays out and Bill (Don Diamont) gets his revenge, maybe it’ll be time for Nicole and Zende’s drama to take center stage. The Avants could get back in the mix as well. Some serious excitement may be brewing on the CBS soap.
