The Young and the Restless spoilers explore the consequences of Adam Newman’s return and demonstrate why this pivotal character needs to be brought back to Genoa City. When will Adam Newman (Justin Hartley) return to The Young and The Restless? While returning head writer Sally Sussman has said not anytime soon, where is just too much juicy storyline left not to explore this option. It is HIGHLY unlike that Justin Hartley will return to the role. NBC just announced the renewal of his popular new show “This Is Us” for two additional seasons of 18 episodes each.
But that doesn’t mean Adam Newman has to be gone for good from Y&R. With Dylan’s (Steve Burton) departure just days away, the show could use another attractive man in Genoa City. Adam’s return has the potential to rock several key Y&R characters’ worlds. His return could signal that once and for all Christian’s true paternity will be revealed.
The Young and the Restless spoilers ask if Nicholas (Joshua Morrow) stand another loss? Not to mention the steam that has been building between Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Nick. While they continue to fight the feelings that broke loose on New Year’s Eve the spark between them can’t be denied.
Will Nick be able to forgive Chelsea and Victor for keeping the truth from him? Nick has been warming up to this new and softer Victor. This betrayal could be the final blow that ends their father and son relationship. Perhaps this could signal a return to Victor’s old ways for Eric Braden. When he is hurt, Victor had a tendency to lash out at the ones he loves.
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) kidnapped Adam in a brutal felony crime as part of her misguided revenge scheme against Victor (Eric Braeden) for Marco (Peter Bergman). Now Phyllis prances around Genoa City free as a bird – Y&R fans would like to see Adam return and Phyllis’s crimes to be revealed.
Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) life could also take a very bad turn if her actions regarding Adam come to light. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Y&R better still have the prison set on the lot! Life in prison for Chloe would not be out of the question.
Kidnapping and attempted murder are just a few of the crimes she is guilty of. To add insult to injuty, her actions took place while she was living in Chelsea and Adam’s home. Chelsea took Chloe and her daughter in when Chloe had nowhere else to go. Who can forget the scary apartment they were forced to live in before Chelsea intervened? Chelsea’s revenge for her “friend’s” betrayal would make for can’t be missed television.
