The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Monday, November 20 Update - Crystal Kills Zack – Victor Faces Shocking Accusations

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, November 20, tease that Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Scott (Daniel Hall) are in for a shock. Just as Zack’s (Ryan Ashton) about to pull the trigger in that motel room, another gun will fire behind him. As Zack falls to the floor and dies, Crystal (Morgan Obenreder) will be standing in the doorway.

Later, Scott and Abby will share some warm reunions with their loved ones. When Scott meets up with Sharon (Sharon Case), Abby will observe their lip lock. Later, Abby will promise Scott that what happened between them will remain a secret. They’ll get back to their usual bickering until Sharon intervenes.

Scott will tell Sharon that she was the only thing on his mind when he became claustrophobic. Sharon will suggest that his ordeal brought intense feelings for her as well. He’ll wonder what she was trying to say when the phone cut off. Sharon won’t confess to her love declaration. She’ll fib that she just told Scott to be safe out there.

Sharon will also have a chat with Mariah (Camryn Grimes) in Monday’s Y&R episode. She’ll learn that Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) urged Mariah to back off. Sharon will hate to hear that, but she won’t think Mariah should string Devon (Bryton James) along. She obviously doesn’t love him. Mariah will agree that she needs to talk to Devon, so she’ll plan on doing it the next day.

Afterward, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon will give Tessa updates on what her sister did. Scott will add that Tessa may never see Crystal again. At Newman Enterprises, Victor (Eric Braeden) and Abby will debate the COO situation. He’ll offer an apology for blindsiding Abby, but he’ll truly believe Victoria is more capable.

Abby will defend her ability to get things done, but Victor will rant about Zack. He’ll feel like Abby caused a world of trouble by bringing him in. Abby will remind Victor that he vetted Zack and gave her his approval. She’ll insist that this nightmare was a one-time deal.

Neil (Kristoff St. John) will arrive to discuss cautious clients with Victor. He’ll note that there’s some gossip about Victor using Crystal to take down Zack. Victor will be outraged by the social media buzz. He’ll order Neil to deal with it ASAP.

Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will be relieved that Abby’s OK. Unfortunately, Dina’s (Marla Adams) Alzheimer’s diagnosis will cause some conflict. Ashley will think they should search for a facility to put Dina in, but Jack will refuse to ship his mother off. He’ll be convinced that he can take care of her himself.

Ashley won’t believe Jack can devote the time and attention Dina needs. They’ll get emotional as they ponder how to tell Dina the truth. Of course, it looks like Dina already knows what she’s struggling with. That’ll be a big surprise for Jack and Ash later in the week.
