The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, December 12, tease that Jack’s (Peter Bergman) decision will lead to more problems. He’s determined to care for Dina (Marla Adams) and run Jabot from home, but things are about to get complicated. Jack will have trouble juggling his goals thanks to Dina’s latest round of Alzheimer’s symptoms.
First, Dina will become confused about what month it is. She’ll rant about the holiday decorations still being up in February. Dina will also ruin a business video chat for Jack. She’ll be convinced that the person he’s chatting with is Traci (Beth Maitland). By the time Jack coaxes Dina away from the screen, the woman he was talking to will be gone.
When Gloria (Judith Chapman) comes over, Dina will quickly rip into her. Jack will finally have to send Gloria out. Once they’re alone, Dina will gripe about the current state of Jabot. She’ll suggest that John (Jerry Douglas) would be as disappointed as ever. Once Ashley (Eileen Davidson) appears, Jack will declare that he intends to leave his mark on the company right away.
At Sharon’s (Sharon Case) house, Scott (Daniel Hall) will be puzzled by Faith’s (Alyvia Alyn Lind) attitude. He’ll wonder why she’s upset with him, but Sharon won’t think it’s a big deal. She’ll argue that Faith acted this way when Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) moved in together, too.
Later, Y&R spoilers say Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will have a conversation with Scott. When he asks what to get Sharon for Christmas, Mariah will tease that he should get an engagement ring. She won’t think Sharon would decline if Scott got down on one knee. Scott won’t feel like their relationship is quite there yet, but he’ll be open to the idea in the future.
Back at home, Faith will continue to act hostile toward Scott. Mariah will try to find out what’s up with her sister, but she won’t get a straight answer just yet. The cheating news will come later this week. In the meantime, Scott and Sharon will profess their love for each other. Nearby, Faith will look irked as she watches them canoodle.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will have concerns about the account anomaly. She’ll ask Victor (Eric Braeden) if they’re going to land in hot water. Victor will promise that his hands are clean, so they’ll plan on a public celebration to reassure everyone.
At Top of the Tower, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will speak with Kevin (Greg Rikaart) about Victor’s situation. He’ll hint that he wouldn’t mind some help investigating, but Kevin will have to pass. It’s best not to get mixed up in the government’s drama.
After their discussion wraps up, Kevin will call someone with a warning. He’ll contend that it won’t be long until Victor finds out what he or she did. At Newman Enterprises, Michael will give Victor and Victoria a heads-up. The authorities have instructed someone to stop by and gather more info about the anomaly. Victoria and Victor will look shocked when J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) waltzes in.
