The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Will Victor Go Down With Chloe For Adam's Murder?

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Victor’s (Eric Braeden) recent conversation with Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) in Chancellor Park is ominous. Might that pointed exchange foreshadow The Moustache being drawn into Chloe’s coming legal problems over Adam Newman’s alleged death? Odds are questionable among Y&R fans as to the outcome at this point.

Just as Victor is being written away from bad guy to wise grandpa, might Sally Sussman head-fake the audience and throw Eric Braeden’s character into a cell aside of Hendrickson’s whacky character? This scribe won’t lay money on that proposition. But The Young and the Restless spoilers imply that Chloe could scream about Victor’s complete complicity in her actions as soon as Paul (Doug Davidson) applies pressure.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Will Victor Go Down With Chloe For Adam's Murder?

Victor is the one who presented Chloe with an opportunity to seek revenge against Adam (Justin Hartley). The old man and his middle-aged son were on the outs at that time. So Victor did something that was more crazy than anything Chloe ever did in her life, he tapped into an unstable mind. The owner of that half-baked brain then helped him frame his own son for murder.

Chloe believes she’s retained leverage because of Victor’s involvement. But in Genoa City, or in the real world it’s hard to believe that a man as monied as the Black Knight would ever be held dead-to-rights by a commoner like Chloe. Yes, Victor has turned a corner in his life. He is being honest about wanting to be a better man. Proof of that includes the book he’s asked Scott (Daniel Hall) to co-author about the self-proclaimed great man’s life.

However, Y&R viewers know that the main reason Victor has reevaluated his life is because of the way Adam perished, not just that he died. The circumstances Victor set in motion directly led to that tragedy. Victor knows that his actions caused Adam’s apparent demise. Viewers know the word apparent is fair to use, as Adam’s corpse wasn’t found. That either means he was blown to bits or he’s alive somewhere, somehow.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Will Victor Go Down With Chloe For Adam's Murder?

Chloe does have the facts on her side, but she doesn’t have influence. Victor’s business and personal dealings give him a major advantage if he’s ever linked to Chloe’s actions by the woman herself. Plus Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will, in all likelihood, not betray his client this time if he’s retained to represent him in court.

Michael owes Victor for having recently saved Scott’s life. All factors considered strongly favor Chloe going down alone for Adam’s murder alone while Victor skates as usual.
