Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Abigail (Marci Miller) will start to get suspicious about her best friend Gabi (Camila Banus). Gabi has been playing the doting friend to Abigail ever since returning home from prison, but viewers know that Gabi has been secretly carrying out a revenge plot against Abigail.
Gabi’s mad at Abigail for helping to wrongfully convict her for killing Andre (Thaao Penghlis). Thanks to Abigail’s false testimony and the evidence that Stefan (Tyler Christopher) planted, Gabi went to prison, where she was beaten. As a result of the beating, Gabi may never be able to have more children. And she holds a big grudge against Abigail.
So far, Gabi has altered Abigail’s paternity test results to show (falsely) that Stefan is the father, and has purposely tried to drive a wedge between Abigail and Chad (Billy Flynn). She’s really turned her plot up a notch lately by getting closer to Chad, and Days spoilers say that she’ll soon start to convince Chad that he should file for divorce from Abigail.
But Abigail’s not blind, and she’s starting to see that Gabi may be up to something. When she caught Chad, Gabi, and Ari (Harper and Sydnee Udell) enjoying a close moment on Chad’s bed, that was a wakeup call that Gabi might be moving in on Chad. But Abigail later dismissed the notion after a chat with Gabi seemed to clear up the matter.
Abigail will continue to have her suspicions about Gabi, however. Days spoilers say that Abigail will confide in JJ (Casey Moss) that she thinks Gabi’s out to get her. It will all be too much to ignore – things are going wrong between Chad and Abigail at every turn, and Gabi seems to somehow be involved in all the drama.
It won’t be long before Abigail decides to confront Gabi about her suspicions. Days spoilers say that Abigail and Gabi will soon have a major confrontation. Whether their confrontation will rise to the level of a full-scale catfight remains to be seen, but expect a major face-off between the two ladies.
Abigail will probably focus her attack on the fact that Gabi’s been getting awfully close to Chad recently. Abigail’s gut tells her that something’s going on there, and she may not fully realize that Gabi is plotting to get Chad to divorce her, but she’ll know that something’s up. She may try to get the truth out of Gabi.
But what will Gabi do? She may try to play it cool. After all, the longer that Abigail believes that Gabi’s on her side, the more damage Gabi can do in secret. So, Gabi might try to placate Abigail and convince her that she only has Abigail and Chad’s best interests at heart.
But then again, Gabi has quite a temper, and she may not be able to hold herself back from getting in Abigail’s face and showing her true colors. Gabi could admit that she wants Chad, and the war would really be on! Of course, all this could happen while the biggest secret of all – that Stefan isn’t really the father of Abigail’s baby – remains a secret. Chances are, Gabi won’t let that cat out of the bag.
