Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that more hurdles are headed Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail’s (Marci Miller) way. These two have been through so much already, but more drama’s brewing thanks to Gabi’s (Camila Banus) continued manipulation. Of course, we can’t let Chad off the hook here. He’s falling for all Gabi’s lies like a sucker, so plenty of Days viewers are upset.
Gabi planted the wig a few times and made sure Abigail had time missing through those sleeping pills. She also put Abigail in her “Gabby” garb and moved her to other locations. However, Chad hasn’t actually witnessed Abigail acting as her alter again. Neither has Stefan (Tyler Christopher), so shouldn’t that be suspicious enough? Chad should really be questioning Gabi’s story, not Abigail’s.
Unfortunately, Chad just isn’t using his brain right now. After Charlotte’s birth at the cabin, Chad drifted off to sleep and had a nightmare about “Gabby.” That prompted him to trade the baby for signed papers to have Abigail committed. Seriously, Chad?! Who puts someone in a mental institution based on a dream? Chad let the fantasy in his mind drive him to do something beyond cruel and unfair.
To make matters worse, Charlotte is now under fake Daddy Stefan’s control. This is a guy who fell in love with a figment of Abigail’s imagination. “Gabby” wasn’t a real person, but Stefan somehow thought he could build a life with her. It sounds like he’s the crazy one to us.
Stefan definitely isn’t father material, so it’s a good thing he isn’t the real bio dad. Too bad it’ll be a while longer before the truth comes out! In the meantime, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gabi’s needling will push Abigail to her breaking point. At Bayview, Abigail will hear Gabi’s gleeful confession and move in to choke her. As DOOL fans might expect, Chad will spot Abigail’s aggressive behavior.
Abigail will insist that Gabi’s got the wig with her. She’ll want Chad to see the proof, but he’ll buy Gabi’s deception…AGAIN. Gabi will somehow hide the wig and convince Chad that Abigail needs to be restrained. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad will have to wise up eventually, but the show’s been doing some serious damage to his character.
Do you blame Chad for letting himself get duped by Gabi? Should he have investigated harder and put his trust in Abigail? Let’s hope Abigail makes Chad work for that reunion!
