Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will find themselves getting closer over the coming weeks. Chloe is a free agent now that Lucas Horton (Brian Dattilo) has broken up with her and left Salem for Europe, and Brady is on the market as well after a disastrous breakup with Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva).
It’s been many years since Chloe and Brady were a happily married couple, and they faced many obstacles in their marriage. Brady’s drug addiction ultimately destroyed their marriage, but the two have since become friends and put the past behind them. But could they now be on the verge of becoming more than friends?
It looks like the custody dispute over Holly Jonas (Scarlett and Harlow Mallory) may be the catalyst that brings “Broe” back together. Chloe believes that she is the best person to raise Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) daughter, and she’s got a letter from Nicole stating that she should be the person to raise Holly.
The only problem with that plan is that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) believes that he is the person who should raise Holly, not Chloe. This puts Chloe opposite of Eric in a major conflict, with Brady squarely on her side. Brady and Eric are estranged right now, and Brady will do just about anything to make sure that Eric doesn’t somehow take Holly away from Chloe.
This is drawing Chloe and Brady together, and the more that Chloe leans on Brady, the closer they’ll inch together as a couple. It’s clear that there is still chemistry between the two exes. They spent New Years Eve together at the Horton Center bash, and TPTB seem to be pushing them together at every turn.
And since Eric seems hell-bent on fighting for legal custody of Holly, it looks like we’ll see a full-scale war over Holly. This will likely bring Chloe and Brady even closer together, as Brady supports her in the nasty custody battle.
