Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, September 21, tease that Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) will need a big favor. He’ll drop a couple bombs on Adrienne (Judi Evans) and insist that he could use her help. The DNA test confirmed Lucas as the baby’s father, but now Bonnie’s (Judi Evans) refusing to hand her over. She expects Lucas to have a chat with Adrienne and get her off the hook first.
Lucas will admit that when he thought Bonnie was Adrienne, they slept together and conceived a child. As Adrienne tries to wrap her head around that, Lucas will take the shock a step further. He’ll know it’s a lot to ask, but he’ll wonder if Adrienne could push for mercy. If she can get the charges dropped, Bonnie will return the child to Lucas.
Although Lucas isn’t particularly thrilled about this development, he still feels like this baby deserves a proper parent. It isn’t going to be Bonnie, so Lucas intends to step up. Of course, a twist’s coming in this DOOL storyline. Despite the DNA test results, Days spoilers say the outcome of all this won’t be what Lucas is expecting.

Meanwhile, Belle (Martha Madison) will stop by to see Marlena (Deidre Hall). Since Roman (Josh Taylor) knows Hattie’s (Deidre Hall) actually in that hospital room, he’ll try to prevent this little chat. Days spoilers say Roman won’t want a repeat of last time. The more Hattie rages, the easier it’ll be for the swap scheme to unravel.
Roman won’t be able to stop Belle, so we’ll see another outburst from Hattie. She’ll rant about Belle’s decision to pull the plug, but she may settle down by the end of this conversation. Elsewhere, Eve (Kassie DePaiva) will corner Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and beg for her silence. She’ll be desperate to keep their secrets from blowing up.
Jennifer plans to tell Eric (Greg Vaughan) the truth about Nicole (Arianne Zucker). Eve will worry that Jen’s going to come clean about her role in the custody drama, too. Days of Our Lives spoilers say they’ll bicker about Jennifer’s next move, but Eve will ultimately lose this argument. Like it or not, Jennifer’s moving forward with her confession.
