Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Marlena (Deidre Hall) will try to put her fears aside. She was worried when John (Drake Hogestyn) accidentally saw her in her wedding dress, but he convinced her it was no big deal. John doesn’t think bad luck could ever get in the way of true love.
However, Salem’s always full of unpleasant surprises. A huge one is headed John and Marlena’s way as their nuptials draw near. Before we get to the massive shocker, let’s consider a smaller one. Days of Our Lives spoilers say a wedding gift will arrive for the happy couple. That sounds sweet and harmless, right? Not this gift!
The sender will likely be someone incredibly devious, so trouble’s brewing. John and Marlena will be confused when they open this present. On August 20, Days of Our Lives spoilers say they’ll ponder its meaning and wonder who it’s from. It’s doubtful they’ll be able to figure out the answers, but they might brush this cryptic hint off as nothing.
Unfortunately, that’ll be a mistake. DOOL spoilers reveal that danger is headed straight for Salem. It looks like Sami (Alison Sweeney) will be the first to find out, so she’ll have to act fast. She told Marlena (Deidre Hall) she wouldn’t be attending, but it seems this bombshell will change the game.
Perhaps Sami will get a gift of her own or at least some sort of ominous message. One way or another, Sami will learn what’s up and realize she has to warn Marlena. Days of Our Lives spoilers say this is all about Kristen DiMera! Stacy Haiduk will take Eileen Davidson’s place as Kristen during this stunning stint.
Days fans know that Marlena and Kristen are fierce enemies. In fact, Marlena inadvertently sent Kristen tumbling to her presumed death. Kristen survived, so now it’s time for revenge. She may be specifically targeting the wedding and Marlena’s bliss. If not, maybe it’ll just be a soapy coincidence.
Regardless, Kristen will be on a mission to make Marlena pay for her actions. Her plans for vengeance will go awry, but the outcome could be better than she ever anticipated.
