Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that things will get complicated for Eli (Lamon Archey) and Lani (Sal Stowers). Although Eli was ready to dive in a new romance, Lani held herself back. It’s clear that she has feelings for Eli, but the death of their baby has been a dark cloud. Lani was hesitant to let that bond them romantically.
Of course, nothing jumpstarts a relationship like some soapy jealousy! Eli is good friends with Sheila (Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins), so he wanted to help her out. He feels partially responsible for her life struggles anyway. Eli just wants to give Sheila every opportunity to succeed. He certainly can’t let Sheila be homeless, so he invited her to live with him. Now that Lani’s in the loop, there’s going to be trouble!
Days of Our Lives say Lani will grow increasingly envious. As Eli and Sheila spend more time together, Lani’s blood will boil. Deep down, she’ll know it’s not right since she’s the one who pushed Eli away. Nevertheless, Lani will end up lashing out over Sheila and Eli’s growing connection.
DOOL fans can expect a misunderstanding during the week of November 19-23. Lani will catch Eli and Sheila in a moment that’s too close for comfort. She’ll have the wrong idea, but that won’t stop her next outburst. Days spoilers say Eli will quickly pick up on Lani’s jealous behavior. He’ll call her out on it, but she’ll deny it initially. It could take a little time before Lani lets her heart guide her.
Fortunately, the show has a great plan in mind for Lani and Eli. This has definitely been a slow-burn romance, but we’re finally getting somewhere. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lani will let herself accept how she feels. She’s fallen for Eli, so her admission should help them take the leap.
It won’t be long until Eli and Lani are hitting the sheets again. They’ll eventually become a real couple and try to navigate new territory together.
