Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will face a tough dilemma. DOOL fans know that John (Drake Hogestyn) secretly did some research on sight restoration. Steve (Stephen Nichols) might be able to get his vision back with the help of bio-robotics.
John found a company that has a working prototype, so Steve’s thrilled about this possibility. It’d mean the world to him if he could see his wife and kids again. However, there’s a big problem. DiMera Enterprises recently purchased Visionary Bionics, so Steve’s sight hinges on Stefan’s (Tyler Christopher) cooperation.
Stefan and Steve clearly don’t get along, which means this could be an uphill battle. Days viewers will recall that Steve warned Stefan not to mess with Abigail (Marci Miller), but Stefan didn’t listen. After all the “Gabby” drama blew up, Steve viciously confronted Stefan at the hospital. It set up plenty of bad blood.
On Twitter, Stephen Nichols revealed that those scenes were added in much later. Perhaps this plot is part of the reason why. Days might’ve wanted to rev up the conflict between Steve and Stefan. Fortunately, it looks like Kayla will be instrumental in making this happen. She’ll refuse to let any previous feuding get in the way of Steve’s vision.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kayla will beg Stefan to give Steve his sight back. If it means helping her husband, Kayla won’t be above pleading with a rapist. She’ll do whatever she can to work this out. Of course, that’s exactly what Stefan will be counting on. He’ll realize he’s got some serious power here, so he’ll hope to use it to his advantage.
Kayla will wonder what it is that Stefan wants. She’ll definitely be wary about making an agreement, but what else can she do? Stefan’s new company could be Steve’s only hope. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Stefan will indeed offer a startling deal. He’ll vow to aid with Steve’s vision recovery, but only if Kayla can do something in return.
Stefan will force Kayla to help him bring down Kate. He’s determined to get revenge for Vivian (Louise Sorel), so Kayla could come in quite handy. Kate will never see this threat coming! Kayla will have major reservations about this pact, but she’ll suck it up and move forward with it anyway. She’d do just about anything to help Steve see, so this plan will press on.
