Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that things are going to get heated between Theresa (Jen Lilley) and Brady (Eric Martsolf). Brady chose Eve (Kassie DePaiva) and dumped Theresa, and now Theresa’s blood is boiling!
Theresa has tried just about everything in her power to win Brady back. She even scored a job from Victor (John Aniston) as the new head of Bella Magazine in order to worm her way into Brady’s life, then promised that he could have Bella back if he’d just make love to her one last time.
But Brady has fallen for none of it, and Theresa’s peeved. After Brady rejected her lovemaking attempt, she vowed to fight dirty. Days spoilers say that Theresa’s next move will be to sue Brady for full custody of Tate (Colin and Kyle Schroeder). She’s out to punish Brady and Eve for what they’ve done, and she’s not above using her own son to do it!
From here, we’re probably going to see an ugly court battle. Theresa could really go after Brady and Eve by portraying their living situation (currently Eve’s hotel room) as inappropriate for Tate. Theresa will probably point out that she could raise Tate at the Kiriakis mansion, where Tate feels comfortable and has the additional love and support of Victor and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers).
Theresa may also play up Brady’s not-so-distant past alcohol problems and argue that Brady is an unfit role model for Tate. Of course, Brady is on the road to recovery now and has always been a great father to Tate, but the court may not see it that way once Theresa is done presenting her evidence. Brady will probably hit back hard too, but Theresa’s likely to look better in the eyes of the court.
A desperate Brady might even suggest joint custody to avoid a court battle, but knowing Theresa she’ll probably refuse and insist that it’s either get back together with her or a custody fight. Theresa’s out to get Brady back at whatever cost!
